The Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity (often called the world's biggest ad festival) is a global event for those working in the creative communications, advertising and related fields. The seven-day festival, incorporating the awarding of the Lions awards, is held yearly at in Cannes, France.
The Havas Social Newsroom wanted to make connection easy by using the same kind of creativity the festival celebrates, and posting the relevant, interesting content at the right time. Within one week, the team reached 24 million impressions (compared to 13 million the previous year).
